Mr. Talkov has been in private practice for over 35 years and is a visiting professor of law for Southwestern College and an instructor in paralegal studies for Northwest College. Among the cases he has handled are serious felony charges, complex civil and family law litigation, appeals and federal trademark and copyright litigation.
